Scope of Application SAE Privacy Policy (hereinafter, the “Privacy Policy”) applies to the handling of personal information on the website (hereinafter, the “Website”) of SAE Magnetics (HK) Ltd. (hereinafter, the “Company”), the websites of SAE Group companies (including subsidiaries and affiliates), and any information systems of SAE and SAE Group companies (hereinafter, the “Systems”, unless its own privacy policy is posted. By accessing, browsing, or using the Website and/or Systems, a visitor is deemed to have agreed to abide by “Terms of Use of the SAE Website and/or Systems”, “the Privacy Policy” And/or the “SAE Cookie Policy”, if applicable. If a visitor does not agree, that visitor cannot use the Website and/or Systems. The Privacy Policy is included in “Terms of Use of SAE Website and/or Systems” and constitutes a part thereof. -
Purposes of Collecting Personal Information The Company may, under different circumstances, request a visitor to supply personal information. PC and Mobile Application Software The Company may offer PC and mobile application software for the purposes of providing specific services and functions. In the event a visitor downloads or uses a SAE application software, the Company may use personal information supplied by a visitor through such application software or firmware, etc. for the purposes of realizing services and functions a visitor requests. A specific SAE application software may create a crash report (This may include IP address, language and originating country of a visitor's device.), using software which a third party develops so that SAE could remedy and resolve software problems. -
Promotional Campaigns and Questionnaires The Company may conduct promotional campaigns and questionnaires for the purpose of ensuring that a visitor deeply understands the Company's services and activities or obtaining a visitor's comments. The Company may use personal information supplied by a visitor for the purpose of giving notice and sending giveaways. -
Communication between the Visitors In the event a visitor uses a function which notifies his/her friend or colleague of a specified website and/or system by email, he/she is required to enter the name and email address of a recipient.
